🎨 Order & Customization
1. How can I customize my product on Printra?
Simply choose your favorite product, click on "Upload Image/Text", and upload your photo, artwork, or text. You can preview your design before placing the order.
2. What type of image should I upload?
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution and clear images. Low-quality or blurry images may affect the final print.
3. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We accept bulk orders for corporate gifting, schools, events, and businesses. Contact our support team to receive special bulk pricing.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does delivery take?
Customized products usually require 1–3 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.
🔄 Returns, Exchange & Cancellation
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since every product is custom-made, cancellations or design changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.
7. Can I return or exchange customized products?
Because each personalized product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your product arrives damaged or with an incorrect print, please email us clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
💳 Payments
9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Since all our products are personalized and cannot be resold, we only accept prepaid online payments.
10. Which payment methods do you accept?
We support secure online payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
