1. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify our products, services, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Content & Copyright

• You are solely responsible for all photos, text, logos, artwork, or designs uploaded for customization.
• You confirm that your uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or legal rights of any third party.
• Printra reserves the right to reject any order containing illegal, offensive, abusive, obscene, or copyrighted content.

3. Orders & Cancellation

• Customized orders may only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once the printing process has started, cancellations, design changes, or refunds are not possible.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• 100% advance online payment is required to confirm every order.
• We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because all products are custom-made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability.
• Printra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Replacement

• Customized products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind or design.
• Replacement is available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed products.
• A clear, continuous Unboxing Video is mandatory for every replacement request.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Printra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
• Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
